Hi Academia,

An Indonesian citizen sitting in The Land Down Under Australia was mocked by Indonesia Netizen for ‘harassing’ his own homeland city through his statement in social media.  He was even being reported to police for his allegedly hate speech for saying the province as “Dajjal” … OMG .. how come student could even has such kind of illiterate words .. sorry.

In not other way asking for an apology, he even intends to convert his nationality to Australian or applying for ‘protection’ visa due to feeling threatened of police report or persecution.

I used to work in foreign airlines serving for passengers for quite long time hence I am familiar vith travel documentations.

A protection visa is a type of visa that is granted to individuals who are seeking protection from persecution or serious harm in their home country. It is also known as a refugee visa, and it is issued by the government of the country where the individual is seeking asylum. A protection visa is granted to individuals who meet the criteria for refugee status and have a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country.

To be eligible for a protection visa, the applicant must demonstrate that they are unable or unwilling to return to their home country due to a well-founded fear of persecution based on their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group. They must also show that the government of their home country is unable or unwilling to protect them from harm.

The process of obtaining a protection visa can be challenging, and there are several factors that can make it difficult to obtain one. One of the main challenges is providing evidence that the applicant meets the criteria for refugee status. This can be difficult, as the applicant may not have access to documentation that proves their claims of persecution. They may also face language barriers, which can make it difficult to communicate their story effectively.

Another challenge is the lengthy and complex application process. The application process for a protection visa can be lengthy and involve multiple stages, including interviews, medical assessments, and security checks. The process can take several months or even years to complete, and the applicant may face uncertainty and anxiety throughout the process.

In some cases, the government of the host country may have strict immigration policies that make it difficult to obtain a protection visa. They may have quotas on the number of refugees they will accept, or they may have specific criteria that applicants must meet to be eligible for a protection visa.

Despite these challenges, obtaining a protection visa is essential for individuals who are fleeing persecution or serious harm in their home country. It provides them with a safe haven and protection from harm, and allows them to rebuild their lives in a new country.

So it’s not that simple… Relating to this fellow case.. It’s no harm to say Sorry anyway.

Visa is a legal document that permits the holder to enter, stay or leave a foreign country for a specified period. It is an essential requirement for international travel and is issued by the country’s embassy or consulate in the traveler’s home country. A visa serves as proof that the traveler has met the necessary requirements and has permission to enter the country. It helps in ensuring the safety of the citizens of the country and preventing illegal immigration. Visa requirements vary from country to country, and they may be based on factors such as the traveler’s nationality, the purpose of the visit, duration of stay, and the host country’s immigration policies.

There are several types of visas available, depending on the purpose of the visit. Here are some of the most common types of visas:

  5. Transit visa: This visa is issued to travelers who are passing through a country to reach their final destination. It allows the holder to stay in the country for a short period before continuing their journey.
  6. Family visa: This visa is issued to travelers who want to visit their family members who are living in a foreign country. It allows the holder to stay in the country for the duration of their visit.

In addition to these types of visas, some countries also offer special visas, such as diplomatic visas, refugee visas, and medical visas.
