One such example of diversity is the celebration of Hari Raya, which falls on different days depending on the region. However, the date of Hari Raya may vary depending on the region and Government’s’ annoucements . For instance, in Indonesia and Malaysia, Singapore , Hari Raya is celebrated on the first day of Shawwal that falls on Saturday this year, which follows the sighting of the new moon. In contrast, in Saudi Arabia, Hari Raya may fall on a different date, depending on the sighting of the new moon.

The celebration of Hari Raya on different days showcases the beauty of diversity. It highlights the cultural and religious differences that exist in our world. It also shows that despite these differences, people can come together and celebrate the same occasion with joy and happiness.
